Fresh from my appearance on Great British Menu, I got married to Emily who has been looking after our little boy Jacob whilst I have been focusing on the creation of FIFTY TWO. Here you will experience dishes inspired by ingredients from our Kitchen Garden, prepared with creativity and passion. Previously, Head Chef at Horto Restaurant I was awarded 3 AA rosettes and throughout my career I have been privileged to work with multi-Michelin starred chefs including Tom Kerridge.
